For as long as I have used ebuyer (10 years now) I have experienced nothing but good service and accurate descriptions of products. The new website is very well done and intuitive. Making it easier to browse the site and shop.
Have never had to complain, or send anything back.
The only comments are:
I would love to see a more 'curated' ebuyer, as some categories have too many products, lots of products that get lost in the stack. I think it would be good to invest in proper reviews for products that ebuyer would actually try, then recommend.
