I order things from eBuyer every couple of months, and so far the customer service has been good. When I had a delivery problem last year, they responded well, and helped me resolve the issue.
I don't have 100% confidence in the Yocto delivery service yet as I've had problems in the past with them, though recently things seem to have improved. Hopefully that will continue!
