Brilliant pricing. Great product selection. Delivery service is excellent and you usually see products being despatched within a few hours of the order being placed - even late at night. You get constant updates on the progress of the order. Stock levels are usually very good and you can see the quantity in stock before placing the order. The only slightly odd thing is that they have several different warehouses and this can mean that one order for five different colour print cartridges for the same printer could be despatched in 5 different envelopes from 5 different warehouses. This seems very inefficient to me and must add cost to the operation. Why not keep all Canon cartridges at the same warehouse together with the Canon printers? However, overall an excellent supplier who I have used for over 10 years. Would recommend them to everyone.
