e - buyer are really no different to any other printer ink supplier - ALL suffer from the same 'misleading' pricing .
You do not get what u see initially .
If delivery 'is included' you still get VAT added.
If the price includes VAT then a delivery charge is added.
You just have to be 'very aware'
