I have always found eBuyer to be reliable and easy to deal with. Up to now I've never received a faulty product or part nor have I ever wished to return anything under the 14 day distance selling rule so I can't comment on how easy to deal with or fair this company is when such an instance arises. I imagine there would be no problems but obviously I reserve judgement until and unless the occasion arises!
