Unhappy with the layout of the website. "Free Delivery" on orders over £49.99 is a bit of a misnomer, especially when the same banner sits alongside the "order within x Hours for delivery tomorrow. It is not until you reach the checkout page that you discover "Free Delivery" has strings attached. I placed the order on behalf of an organisation, who require it for a specific date. The time scale involved means that I had no option but to pay the excess charge for delivery. I would describe the website as very ambiguous, my comments were passed to one of their customer service advisers. Only time will tell if those comments have any effect.
