We purchased 2 Acer laptops, one of which had a faulty power supply/battery. We were told to contact Acer who in turn referred u sback to Ebuyer who referred us to a different department with Acer who referred us eventually back to Ebuyer. We ended up having to cancel the order, returning the item and ordering a new working item.
Apart from that they have always delivered on time and been helpful
