First of all, it was difficult to ascertain whether the item was powered by mains or USB,
Then when i was ready to buy, your system did not recognise my old account and password. I had to create a new one.
Then when trying to pay with my credit card it took ages getting the card authenticated.
All in all, the purchase should have taken about 5 minutes but in the end it took about an hour and i still haven't received a proper confirmation!
