Ebuyer is a very price competitive website. It is always the first one i goto for anything
to compare prices. Sometimes its third party delivery services let it down, Yodel to be precise. I have mostly had bad dealings with this company so it slightly tarnishes Ebuyers good name. Having said that ebuyers customer service is very very good and any minor glitches are soon rectified.
Overall though when you have millions of packages being sent there will always be a few that go awry.
