Disappointed that lenovo laptop failed to function after 8 months. Following a failed attempt at repair I spoke with Jake Colley at Ebuyer. He was extremely efficient, very pleasant and although he had to get a sanction from management, a refund was agreed. (I have yet to receive it but it is only days and the faulty machine is being returned tomo) If there is a problem I feel I could get back to him.
