I shy away from reviews generally, but I must comment on the exceptional and charming assistance I received when looking for a couple of monitors and PCs yesterday. It is rare when someone appears who understands instinctively how to deal with you, someone who knows when to apologise when she hasn't the detail at her fingertips, makes alternative suggestions and doesn't push you into buying there and then. A mature and intelligent approach which I warm to, oh, and she also had a good sense of humour - a bonus.
