When you send a customer an e-mail about an item with free delivery that isd what the customer expects not continuously been told that it is not free if you add another item for free!
If your customer and I have purchased a few items over the past few weeks and happy with your service,we do not need the hard sell! if you wish an item you purchase the item not someone trying the hard sale on you if your are on limited funds-think about it.
