I have used eBuyer for quite a while and in that time we have had some good times and some not so good times but overall they were great. I think the times that were not so good could have been dealt with better but its a learning curve for all participants. I do have to hand it to the CS reps they listened to me grumble especially when I felt it was a legitimate complaint and I went into lecture mode they took it. When they get it right; which is more often than not, I get the product I want, when I want it. I have even been surprised to get it faster than I expected, which is always a pleasant thing. One of the biggest reason for using eBuyer is because of the prices, they are consistently competitive. They also carry a wide range of products to choose from and I can spend hours comparing component prices and models trying to build a system they always come out tops on price. Regarding the website, I like the layout and the filter system is just second to none, it frustrates me when I go to other sites that either don't have a filter system, or a system that isn't as configurable. The breadcrumb menu is great for backing up on searches and a lot of the features on the site are very intuitive and you don't even notice them. I chose the Good option because I believe there is always room for improvement, I rate a company as much on after service as I do on prices and products and this is another reason for the Good rating, I think it would be a lie to say anything other because we have had disagreements and disputes but I keep coming back because quite honestly they are the best.
