Success at last! This is the fourth time I have used ebuyer on line - the products are excellent, the range is amazing as are the prices . . . but it IS about the 8th time I have tried to use it and 50% of my attempts to purchase have been frustrated because either my password has been rejected (every time I reset it I reset it to the same one and there is no problem the first time of use) or my card is 'declined' by my bank. This time my order was confirmed on Saturday then rejected back to a quote on Monday because I hadn't entered a VBV password - because I hadn't been prompted to!! This is very frustrating to be continually happening and makes me think twice before using this website . . . fortunately the call centre staff are extraordinarily efficient and helpful - had it not been for Claire this morning, I would have given up and gone to Argos! Give the lady a raise!!
