Big Ebuyer user for many years, spending a LOT of cash from time to time, but I do find these days that the reviewing system you have started using not very helpful. In the old days at a glance, I was able tell what rating an product had and how many users rated it. These days, a product with 10/10 can be at the top of the list with only 1 review. This wouldn't be a problem, but you can't easily see how many people have reviewed it until you actually select the product. For me this is your biggest let down. The other issue is pricing. While a lot of it is competitive, your accessories can be very over priced especially when comparing to Amazon. All in all, thanks for the service (apart from your return procedures...they are terrible). Best regards, Neil
