The shipments usually don't contain a packing slip, which can make it difficult to know if an item is missing from the box, or if it's a split shipment, but so far everything has eventually been delivered. The lack of paperwork is more of an issue for businesses with a goods-in dept. An item I received damaged was replaced fairly promptly and with relatively little fuss. The choice of Yodel as primary courier means delivery can be a bit erratic, but it might be Yodel just aren't great in my area.
