Been a customer for a few years now, never had any problems. I really like how easy the website is to use.
One thing that could improve is the range of some products - for example, I was looking at a lot of nVidia GPUs and only the GTX range and a couple of others a available. Other than that, very comprehensive catalog of items. :)
