Used for several years always very good service and costs, encouraged others to use however having ordered a desktop PC which arrived faulty, Ebuyer insisted we deal direct with manufacturer and would not accept return, after several weeks of argument and the intervention / help of citizens advise Ebuyer eventually took back the item and issued a credit.
Prior to this it would have been a 5 star rating.
