I have been using eBuyer on-off since September 2007 and found them to be very price competitive, often appearing as the cheapest seller for a given PC hardware component on PCPartPicker ( https://uk.pcpartpicker.com ).
eBuyer offer free delivery on any single shopping cart above £49~, and deliver within five days, which is rather handy!
I've also experienced their customer support via their returns service. It normally takes them up to a week to sort out your support ticket and arrange a RMA. Overall, the returns service has been pleasant.
