Prices are normally pretty good and stock levels usually ok. They have trouble with accounts, though. I didn't want to buy the item, my mum did. Only, when she did they cancelled it because 10 years ago my dad had an account and the two credit cards they use are from the same account. As my dad is no longer capable of online ordering I opened an account for my mum and everything went through ok, until Ebuyer cancelled it. This has meant that I have had to order it using my credit card leaving my mum incapable of setting up an account to spend money with this company. I have had all sorts of similar issues with Ebuyer before in regards to ordering. Whatever you do, never try to help out a friend or relative on Ebuyer unless you want to pay for it yourself and have it delivered to your home address.
