Ordered many goods and i have had just a single problem. I had to refer back to manufacturer for a solution rather then these guys resolving it as they are supposed to do. But given the keen price and quick delivery of all items they are still my first choice. I would worry about their response if i had problems on a high value item where the manufacturer is an unknown entity but in my experience very few retailers have excellent customer service in this field anyhow.
