I have been shopping with ebuyer for many years now, and I would have given them 5 stars,but my only problem is the returns policy it is such a long winded affair,I understand that the business they are in its easy for someone to break something then say it was like that when it arrived,But I really dont have the time to spend with the e-mails then phone calls to send stuff back this side of ebuyer is seriously lacking, and on low value items i dont bother, saying that, the positive side to ebuyer, is very positive, the buying side of it is superb, easy to find what you want,easy to pay,great deals, and the cheapest QUALITY parts that I have found .Thats why I keep coming back.
