The prices are great, and the products excellent but I was frustrated when the computer system led to an error in my order and there was no ability for me to cancel it myself and no one in the office over the weekend to cancel the order at their end. It was dealt with but in a cumbersome and time consuming manner and it would have been so much simpler if it was possible for a customer to cancel their own order.
