Had a night mare with the on line buying system the bank kept rejecting my payment for a HP laptop took an hour to sort it out with the bank end.
This happened to my self last year also and ended up buying two lap tops which i returned one and got a full refund for.
i did get through to customer services and did explain the problem, the lass said she would keep an eye on my account to make sure i didn't buy a extra lap top today.
Glad to say all sorted now, just waiting on the delivery now.
