Always good value - and sometimes unbelievably cheap. Watch out for shipping costs though. I've got used to Amazon Prime now and sometimes what seems to be a bargain on ebuyer ends up more expensive than Amazon when you add the shipping cost in (esp. next day).
Haven't had much need for their customer service, but on the one occasion I did, they were very efficient.
