A really good site if you've researched product independently and ensure the model etc. is the same. You can not always rely on the description of the product as it is not always quite as described. I have always been refunded the full cost of the items I have purchased that haven't done what they say they will. But it has been difficult if the product description is misleading not faulty. Customer service is good, but it does depend on who you are speaking too and can be hassle at times, a few purchases have left me with a sour taste.
