Just opened a new account to buy Windows 7. Yours is the best price around and with free delivery! Your new account sign-up process appears to have a small glitch: after entering my email address and new password and then continuing, your server told me I had been logged out due to long inactivity. Not right, it was a matter of a second or two. But I was able to log in again easily and then complete my account details - address, etc. Cheers, Richard
