Broke my laptop and was desperately seeking a replacement using my tiny smartphone which wasn't easy! I rang ebuyer as my mobile app had frozen and I needed more info about the model I'd chosen. The call was answered by a real person very quickly and the operative who dealt with my query was super helpful, answering all my questions and enabling me to make a decision to go ahead and purchase. Amazed to discover I could have next day delivery by ordering up to 10pm the night before. I haven't received the laptop yet so can only review on customer service so far - which has been faultless.
