I have used ebuyer for many years now and have had mostly a good experience, I find the website very well set out, easy to find what you want and with a wide range of computer components and more, the late ordering and speed of delivery is very good, and is important to me as I need on many occasion parts delivered fast and efficiently so as not to keep my customers waiting. One thing I do find very unfair and frustrating is the returns system, I believe in customer service and loyalty to customers especially when they have traded for many years and spent thousands of pounds over time as I have, but with ebuyer you have to jump through many hoops to get a refund on an item even when it's faulty, if I where to return an item to a high street store for whatever reason they will give an instant refund no questions asked, so why does it feel like the Spanish inquisition when returning an item to ebuyer, for this reason my overall rating only makes good, I imagine this feedback will just be deleted without any consideration whatsoever.
