I was going to buy an item last week as the delivery was stated as free.At checkout I saw the delivery charge as £9.00 something.It annoyed me and I bought the item elsewhere.
On subsequent visit I noticed the arrow in the delivery bracket,upon clicking about 4 options came up.One of these being free delivery.There must be few other people like me who are in a hurry and don,t notice the arrow.I think the company should think of displaying all options upfront to stop customers walking away hence more trade.
