I am yet to give up on eBuyer, although from a convenience perspective I am tempted. I try so hard to and use eBuyer however the £10 delivery usually means I end up going to Amazon as I have prime. My last purchase on eBuyer I chose eBuyer as they were the same price as Amazon with next day delivery. I regret choosing eBuyer as the checkout process was so long and frustrating.
The only reason I use eBuyer is out of loyalty, if eBuyer don't evolve I don't think I will be using them in a year or two.
