Ordered a hard drive for a great price and the delivery was lightning fast but turned out I chose the incorrect capacity. The returns process seems simple so far, hopefully I'll get a quick refund. I have ordered the correct drive to replace the old one.
It would be good if live chat to customer services was available as I chose to replace the item on the returns screen instead of a refund but was never prompted to specify the replacement item. I imagine that will mean a call to customer services to sort out,
