Once I remembered my log in details was able to proceed with placing order very smoothly. The information I needed to select product model was all there on the website.
One negative, I did at one point phone to speak to someone and could not get through. The message said to leave a message for the person to call me back (11am) and still not heard 13.00 hrs. Fortunately no longer needed now.
