Original purchase arrived as promised. Turned out to be faulty but not found until after Christmas and after the 28 days. After returning it to Ebuyer they applied common sense and have credited my account rather than force me to have a replacement of the same model I previously had a problem with. Wish it hadn't gone wrong but happy with how it was dealt with.
