Dealt with Ebuyer for a number of years now and never been unhappy with them, however when replacing a faulty item under warranty this time they had no replacement stock and insisted they would pay less than the purchase price because we had had the TV for over 6 months ( 6 months and 3 weeks) it took many conversations and calls to eventually get them to agree the full price against another TV on their site. All that said they did do the right thing and applied goodwill to keep their customer happy and incidently sell another TV ! So all in all I still rate them a company you can trust and will be happy to buy again
