Ordered 4 hard drives but unfortunately one was dead on arrival. Logged an RMA but then got an email saying I had to call in for it to be approved. I was told I'd have to post the failed drive back before a replacement will be issued... I could understand if this drive was a few months old, but a DOA I'd expect an immediate replacement.
The only way for me to get a replacement next day was to buy yet another drive and get a refund for the failed one. (They did add free delivery to my account though)
To be honest it would have been easier using Amazon as they would have delivered a new one and taken the old one as part of a single delivery.
