Normally very good, I had a problem once where I ordered something with a cash back offer on the last day it was available. When the invoice came through it was dated a few days later. An ebuyer were not interested in helping me out so I lost out on £50. Now I'm just careful when I order and make sure I'm well within dates for cash back.
