1) Product delivered to wrong address - requested re-collection - never happened. Had to pick up heavy item and take it home
2) Item developed a fault. manufacturer very helpful and said that ebuyer would do an advance replacement on quoting the Makers RMA number - ebuyer refused.
Had to pay for a new machine and send the old one back for refund...
Not a happy bunny!
