Ordered an HP computer on 5 day delivery. Arrived on 2nd working day. Booted computer and error message stating hard disk failed. Called customer services who dealt with me quickly (and courteously). Annoyed about the computer, but ebuyer dealt with the problem well. Arranged next day collecion, and I placed an order for a replacement, with a refund due on the original order.
