Generally a very good experience. Pricing is keen, occasionally exceptional, range OK overall, customer service is pretty good and quite responsive.
I have used the returns process a few times over the years and that has worked very well.
eNotes customer service is quite responsive - avoiding phone system menus makes this a very useful feature.
