The information on the website is variable, as if data for comparable items has been entered by different people / in different formats, which makes comparison difficult. This is not too surprising with so many items to describe, but worth investing the time to get it right. The delivery was by Yodel, whose "tracking" consists of merely saying the delivery will be "today", with no actual tracking and no estimate of delivery time! This is useless! Other delivery firms show the location of the delivery van and position in the delivery schedule in near real-time, combined with a good estimate of the arrival time - that's what I call tracking!
