Only just ordered. Simple enough but I don't like having to create an account to order. There should be a guest option, although the information supplied is essentially the same, I don't necessarily want the company to retain it. Free postage is nice but five working days is a long time. I definitely wouldn't pay for postage that still takes three working days!
