The process of checking out is over complicated by having to create an account - part of that process involves providing date of birth information, which is completely irrelevant to making a simple purchase. I strongly object to providing data such as date of birth, which if leaked, provides a piece of valuable information to hackers and fraudsters - I respect the fact that you endeavour to keep information secure, but some of the most secure financial sites on the planet are hacked regularly -there is no such thing as a completely safe site, so why put unnecessary personal information on it??
