A good website and product range, always at competitive prices. The only downside is their inflexibility to provide non UK billing addresses. No good reason for this as far as I can make out. This means that for non UK addressed businesses it becomes expensive. e-note and email reply times are too slow if you have an urgent query, so ring instead. Not my favorite shopping experience online, but price keeps me coming back.
