The prices were very good and the offer of free next day delivery was too good to miss. The only problem was that the carrier Yodel delivered to the wrong address and there was no way to contact a human to rectify this. I rang Ebuyer who were unhelpful, insisting that Yodel had been tracked to parking outside the house therefore it had been delivered to me despite me being in and telling them this was not the case. Eventually I gave up with Ebuyer and managed to get Yodel's local dept no. (which Ebuyer refused to give to me). Yodel admitted the mistake, were apologetic and redelivered within an hour.
