Ebuyer service itself is excellent, but there is a weak link in the supply chain. They use Yodel delivery services which I find to be the most customer unfriendly of any I have encountered. They deliver between 07.30 and 21.00, but can not give a more accurate time. Having to wait in for delivery is like being under house arrest. It is a shame that an otherwise excellent service is marred by their third party logistics partner.
