Good prices, well laid out website, but I had a few minor issues. The information in the promotional email I received was not the same as in the product details, which meant I had to phone to verify which details were correct. The customer service person was very polite but unable to help me, and this meant another phone call to Seagate. It would all have been so much easier had the correct and full description been available on the website.
