Been buying from ebuyer.com for years and on the whole i would say that i am happy with the service i have been given. I would not say i have had no problems that would be a lie, however its the treatment i have been given when things have gone wrong that makes them worth buying from. For example i have perchased in the past probably 7 graphics cards,10 or more sticks of ram, 3 or 4 motherboards, 3 pc cases and now in the process of buying a new monitor. i have had problems with 2 graphics cards and 2 2gb sticks of ram in the past but using the returns policy they offered saw them replaced with no extra charge, and i used the service 2ce in 1 month untill they sent me a product that worked so i cant complain at all. The thing that realy impressed me was that they did not want to ask me 100 questions before they replaced it they just did... great service !! i always come back to ebuyer when looking to build my own pc from bare bones the prices are reasonable i wouldn't say they are the cheapest on the market but for peace of mind i cant fault them.
