Found the site very easy to browse, however it would have been extremely useful if there was an option for an online chat for a quick help, like a majority of other online IT retailers do. I had to call, had to queue up for 6/7 minutes before I got to speak to someone. though the customer services was quite helpful but not necessarily proficient in their awareness of the products. would have been useful if I was put through to the relevant department (e.g. peripherals as in my case). Thanks though.
