Usually Ebuyer has been a good, reliable place to shop at. However recently I have had a lot of problems with their free next day delivery offer. Although I was notified of the offer by email when I placed an order I found out that the shipping cost was actually charged. I raised an e-note and got a prompt response to forward the offer mail and I would get a refund. And it did happen
However, still during the offer period, I placed another order and in spite of doing all the right things I got charged for shipping again! Frustrating. Another e-note, another response - from the same person who handled my previous complaint - and another request to forward the offer mail. Doubly frustrating, and this is supposed to be customer service. My question is as there was a mistake the first time around why was it not rectified after my first complaint so that I would not have to go through the same agony again. And secondly why do I have to answer the same questions by the same person again who has had the answer already. The whole episode has been infuriating
